The Mission Support Alliance (MSA) practices and practice attachments contained herein, forms (where applicable), and any electronic versions of such, are the property of MSA. Any fees paid for print copies, compact discs (CDs), or other media versions of these documents are to offset the costs of duplication and distribution and do not constitute purchase.

Copies of these documents (print, electronic, or other media) must be destroyed when no longer needed to support MSA contracts.
